below taxi cabs and park benches.
Our words like pigeons
on the sidewalk.

BIO:

Anna Caroline Harris received her MFA in Creative Writing from Wichita State University. Her writing has appeared in Concept, Poetry for the Masses, Mikrokosmos, and Metro Spirit and NakedCity magazines. Currently, she teaches composition and creative writing, and advises Sand Hills magazine at Augusta State University.
